I'm suprised at the really low reviews, and wasn't aware it had changed hands, but I'd say staff friendly, place clean, did notice filling was a bit skimpy and muffins need more work they should not just collapse when you take the wrapper off.
Order cancelled an hour after making it every time we have ordered.
Gave us the wrong order and never replied to us when trying to contact them
Pretty awful since it changed hands to be honest. First order for delivery came with half the filling (who skimps on lettuce and cucumber and salad?!? That’s the cheap part to fill up) - it was half the size a subway wrap normally is. To be fair they took the complaint seriously and sent out a new one which was much better. Second order, paid over £8 for 2 portions of waffle fries. They were cold and undercooked so just clumps of potato stuck together, no crisp or anything. Can’t be bothered to complain again.
