Really lovely, freshly made food. Helpful and friendly staff.
Ordered 3 platters from the rugeley store for a gender reveal. Ordered on Friday and collected the next day. The order was ready at the arranged time in the morning. All boxes were packed lovely with a selection of dips. The sandwiches all tasted super fresh and delicious they certainly went down very well with our guests. Thank you to the amazing team at rugeley who are always so happy to help :) we will 100% be ordering again for another occasion.
ordered my food on just eat has taken an hour to come. contact number doesn’t work. poor customer service in my opinion. turn your phones on.
I was served by a new starter named Tia very confident with a welcoming presence. She was supervised by very caring and patient team members and food was great
Took over 40 minutes to arrive which would have been fine had the food been edible. Food was absolutely shocking, must have been sat for a long time as we ordered the sub melt and it came stone cold and it was so hard we couldn't even bite through it. Won't be ordering again shocking quality for the price you pay
