Zarah served me here today and she wasn’t welcoming or friendly at all. There was no customer even there other than me, yet she was rushing. She rushed my order and even took it out the toaster thing before the timer ended. She put my salad the wrong side of the bread too (underneath the plant patty, instead of on top).
We ordered guacamole cheese Sub and veggie delight sub for delivery. guacamole-cheese sub did not have guacamole. So I called the branch who offered to send replacement immediately. The replacement order never came. I tried calling the branch several times but they never picked up the phone again.
Ordered 2 foot long meatball marinara with nothing but cheese and both came with onions and peppers and only 5 meatballs. So 2 half's with just 2 meatballs. It's not rocket science. On top of that how are the cookies warm and the sandwiches stone cold 🥶 in this day and age I'm surprised there still open for business.
This subway deserves to be shut down! Absolutely awful, cannot communicate at all and have incompetent staff. Ordered on Uber Eats and the order was too such a poor quality. Cheesy garlic bread without any cheese??? A burnt footlong with super stale bread! Complained to the branch and got told they would send a new one which they never did so had to go in store and get the order re-made! Absolutely shocking and would not RECOMMEND!!
