I have been here a few times and the same guy always says the song gave gluten free . I went today at 3 pm the door was locked and I couldn’t get in . I could see some one at the back . I knocked on the door and he came. Again no gluten feee bread .
Sandwich was delivered cold and stale and missing items that I requested and paid for. The person answering the phone hung up on me after I questioned what happend to my order
I don't write reviews but the service here was dire. Only 2 bread options was a bad start but 2 young lads working were chatting and seemed disinterested when I walked in, there were only 2 others there!! Eventually they began serving, started toasting my sandwich without asking and I didn't want it toasted, didn't split the meat portions just lumped 3 pieces in together, put a blob of sauce at one end not all the way through and when I asked for more olives just threw a couple more on. Made a mistake going in here. Ordered a kids pack, which turned out to be a 2 inch sub, not even 2 bites, and he wasn't adding any salad as he said we are only allowed 3 choices. I didn't bother troubling him for any sauce as he had appalling customer service and didn't know what he was talking about. Then asked for a cookie with the meal, and they refused to open the pack of double chocolate cookies and instead told us we had to have the other one. Having just been talked to like a moron from the BP Subway up the road by the manager, the customer in that subway recommended this subway that it’s much nicer here. So, Pratik was here behind the sandwich bar, and helped me order a nacho chicken sandwich, which isn’t a sandwich anymore so he helped me figure it (I had to spend £2 extra, but the service and customer service made the £2 worth it).
