Terrible experience here today because of the attitude of a particular staff member. The staff member stood out as the only one wearing a green T-shirt rather than a polo. He had his phone on the counter and was texting whilst wearing his food preparing gloves. My order went through on the kiosk and before he started to make my food I politely requested he changed his gloves as I’d just seen him using his phone. On the 26/06/25 about 12:30 I asked one of the male staff to show me how thier self service order machine works after struggling to use it. This male staff was very very rude , he told me me right in front of every customer who were waiting in the queue that l should know by now how the machine works since its all over other restaurants such as Macdonals and across the UK. Busy petrol station with a subway inside, parking is a bit crap, but it is a petrol station after all. Enjoyed my meal, no complaints
After a slight app error on a promotional item my partner was spoken to in a rude manner by a female member of staff in front of a shop full of people. The staff member belittled my partner saying 'You can't just walk in and get it' when she simply asked about the missing item. Incredibly disappointed by this interaction and will not be coming back here any time soon. Other members of staff behind the counter witnessed this but chose to remain silent.
