I came in the other day and i got served by a gentleman named Lou or lewis im not sure which. This was my first time visiting Havant subway but i will say that it was a delightful experience and the customer service was really good i hope that the gentleman who seeved me gets recognized for his good service
friendly staff but my sub was really bad :( he put it into a panini press after putting all the salad and sauce in first, all the salad went hot and soggy. Paid nearly £6 and it was inedible sadly :( never mind.
I've both ordered and eaten in at this place many times and it rarely disappoints. If you are buying it via delivery, all I say is just don't. Typically will come cold and takes too long from it being made to being delivered while still warm, even locally. If you buy to eat in or take out, this is perfectly fine and you won't get that issue. There's a few food items on the menu which are very questionable for one reason or another. Rude customer service. Seems like the staff are more worried about socialising with each other and there friends who stand around in there groups not purchasing anything. Very unprofessional. As most people I love a subway. So I like to get one at least once a week. I started using this branch as I work close by every time I go in it seems more of a social club between the staff and there friend's rather than a restaurant.
