Horrible service from this store and they don't care about customers respect. Food safety also shit. When we ask to scan subway app they ignore it and say "we don't know about it and don't know how to scan". These guys can't wrap foods well like other stores.
i was really confused with the way of behaviour by the staff members.This was the worst subway that i have ever seen.No politeness.No humanity .Not caring about the humans.The staff memeber who was at the cashier on 8/8/2025 at 4 pm acted like he was owner of the subway.When i was asking for the qr to be scaned they were acting like i was doing a wrong thing.when i was mistakenly touch except the qr ,he directly asked from me havent you use the qr before in a sarcastic way infront of the whole crowd.Subways are thd best plac... read more
Very good customer service
I ordered through Justeat just now and had such a horrible experience where the expected delivery time was 30 mins but it arrived 1 hour late. I got told by driver that the staff gave him wrong order and when they realised they called him back and gave him the correct one. The least they could have done was give me a call and let me know on the mistake so i could be in the loop! Very disappointing and will not be ordering online again from here!
