The girl with the bandana on her head brunette small asked me my age when she was cleaning I felt like It was a bit strange as I don't know them and it felt like she was being a little bit rude
I have already sent in a formal complaint about our experience at this branch yesterday. Poor staff member left on her own to serve. It took my friend to knock on the office door to ask the other staff member to come and help her colleague who was crying. Customers tried to console the staff member who was crying. The idea is you work as a team. You should check on your colleagues (even if they think they will be ok). Customer footfall is not predictable. I hope the poor lady who was crying is ok. Like previous reviews, I unfortunately have to rate this subway a 1 star. The food is still great however these new self service machines were an awful idea and will be the downfall of this subway branch. First off they don't always work and even the staff despise them. Secondly, these machines means much longer waiting times. Expect to wait over 20 minutes as there's only 2 workers and 4 machines. Order was wrong, half an hour wait for food. The food was thrown together. Tables were dirty. Won't visit again.
Really Really bad service 👎👎👎 Poor customer interaction Low level hygiene as we saw flies on the steel tubs where they store all the ingredients Very bad service Not expected from subway as I am an employee of slims Chicken I hope they atleast put on a simile when greeting and interacting with customers
