I had a very disappointing experience today at Subway on Epsom High Street. The young lady serving me initially seemed helpful, but after handling multiple surfaces while searching for sauce, she went to apply it to my sandwich without changing her gloves. I politely and softly asked her to change them for hygiene reasons, but her attitude completely changed. They tried to charge me for someone else order today of 19.70 then said do I want a refund of cash when I payed by card it’s disgusting
