I go into subway today and ask if I can do the meal deal, the lady there say yeah that’s fine, ( the meal deal was 3.99 or something like that) So I make my sandwich ham, chicken, cheese mayo and onion, the girl toasts it before asking then asks me after it was toasted .they give me a cup and cookie, once I go to pay they charge me 8.39 for my food. Very good food, very efficient guy serving.
As a first time customer to this store I received a warm welcome and the server/manager was very helpful and knowledgeable on the plant base offers. A freshly made submelt and hash browns were spot on and good value. Well done !!
Im not quite sure of the HR decision to pop this elderly gentleman on as the only member of staff present, on the 01/11 @16:15pm shift but, he took around 25 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and 12 hash browns. Im sure this gentleman is a wonderful human being but by goodness this would need to be improved to meet the normal and expected Subway standard.
