My bread is basically empty lmao there's more sauce than chicken. This is a joke. Overpriced garbage.
Staff seriously need retraining!!! Where to begin. Bare hands in the tuna, then cheese, then steak, then cheese, then toppings. No gloves and no washing between. Burnt bread, burnt cookies, toasted and yet still freezing cold? Couldn't cut the bread in half (either way)
I left Queensway Dental at around 2:30pm today and decided to pop into Subway - Billingham straight after — and I’m so glad I did! The young man with brown hair who served me was super helpful, friendly, and patient while I decided what to order. He made everything quickly and neatly, and his customer service was genuinely excellent. It’s always nice to be greeted with a positive attitude, especially after an appointment, and he really made my visit enjoyable. Worst Subway I've ever had! Ordered today through Uber Eats and came with stale tough meatballs, no sweetcorn and a few strands of lettuce with a ridiculous amount of mayo flooding the sandwich. The cookies were stale and burnt too! First and last time ordering from this Subway, AVOID!
This place sucks. Customer service is dreadfull and I think it's filled with a bunch of chuds
