Went here while visiting family, great food with a few different items than we find in the US. Fast service even with just one employee. Will be back
New guy training, cannot fault him, was very polite. The other lady was so rude towards him, telling him off in front of customers, clearly had no respect for him and was constantly rolling her eyes when he made a mistake (maybe you should train rather not train him and then get annoyed that he doesn't know what he's doing). Seemed that giving us 9 slices of ham rather than 8 was the end of the world for her 🤣 and was very open with telling him off about it infront of him. Worst subway in Ipswich! Everytime I go never any meatballs was told they stop doing them at 3pm when they close at 8??? Also last time I went absolutely no drinks in the fridge either absolute joke
