Went to this subway with my partner a month or so ago and was rudely told that i should look infront of me before ordering, bare in mind i didn’t realise they had no ham or maybe they had some in the back? staff didn’t smile once, a lad who worked there was on his phone took ages to serve us apparently had another delivery soon but wasn’t told this before ordering what they didn’t have. Waited well over a hour for food to come ordered toasted sandwiches which were freezing won’t be ordering again £33 u can go and have a real good meal for that sandwiches were vile
I order on the app and i was trying to contac them and never aswer this is a shit
Nipped in to eat a drink and food whilst I waited for my car. No food available until 12 as the delivery was late, no problem but where are the signs! I waited 10 or so mins before this was relayed to me. As I was there I ordered a coffee and cookie, coffee great, cookie was as hard as they come. Used to eating the nice soft cookies which you normally get at subway., instead you could have broken a tooth on this one. I’ll leave it next time and walk further a field
