Absolutely unbelievable this place ! Brought 3 salads all with double meat and cheese. Ordered through the subway app to collect. When I got home all 3 boxes was half full with single meat and a sprinkle of cheese. Tried to call store no answer! Complained through the app no response until the following week. I rang the store again in between waiting for a response as on the app it tells me to call the shop as I ordered through the app, but the store said I was being fobbed off and that’s not the case. Fantastic experience, helpful friendly staff, staff very concious of customer needs, excellent at their jobs too.
Staff went above and beyond when I mentioned in passing I was vegetarian so only wanted cheese at first station. Lady serving me immediately changed her gloves and asked her colleague to do the same at the salad station. She even asked me if I wanted the bread to be changed as she’d touched it with her other gloves, which was not even something I’d considered tbh! Very thoughtful considering they were dealing with difficult customers in front of us, thank you :)
