Absolutley dreadful. Stonedale Subway. Smell taste then sickness. Made a complaint to be ignored and fobbed off qith you must of eat something else because it takes 24hrs for food poisoning. No it doesnt
My sister takes my son here for weekly subway lunch. The girls are so lovely with him and always have his gluten free bread ready when he walks in. Always polite and patient with him. It’s our favourite subway as it’s a nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
The service is slow, the staff is rude and they have racist comments. They talk to each other about the customer who is standing right in front of them. The food from this place is disgusting and always cold. The management should think about it and definitely change the service. We had to do something to not leave there before they gave us our order.
Staff is rude, twice I come here and twice "they only make cold sandwiches" I can buy a cold sandwich from any supermarket at a fraction of the price if that's what I wanted 😑
