Well the automatic service touch screen is an absolute joke spent about 15 mins trying to order them the order went off had to wait and order by staff at till.somone else came I while we there they had the same problems with the touch screen system food was almost cold and couldn't redeem vouchers the whole system is shocking to use what's happened to the old way of I want that that and that please.never going again until the automatic system is removed.but the food was nice tho as subway has always made good sandwiches jus... read more
As all the other reviews say, the screens are extremely laggy, tried for 10 minutes to order, gave up and tried to order at the till, but was refused service. Told him I couldn't customise to what I wanted, he said to order the sandwich and just tell him what I wanted! I only ordered 1 sandwich and it then took another 15 minutes until it was ready. Won't be going back to that one again
Did nt put cookies in from meal
Get rid of the screens please. Don't respond takes ages to order half of usual options to customise. Very impersonal
