Machine subway order ! I understand stand new technology coming into subway with the machines orders but when you spend almost 20mins ordering food you now can’t see being made and get all the way home with the wrong order… I believe the money should be spend on staff training not new machines to order. As the staff are not competent enough to read the order without being delegated to like normal. Won’t be back.
Utter shite staff refuse to talk to you need to do everything through screens now pure joke bullying needs to brought back absolute shambles
No sense of urgency from any staff member. Waited 15 minutes to get two cold sandwiches and JustEat orders are flying out the door and clearly prioritised. A gentleman before ourselves was waiting 25 minutes!
Member of staff was very rude,her name is letty.she asked me to move my blazer from the table as I was ordering because me and my friends wanted to save the table as we were gonna eat in.i moved my blazer as she asked but then she kept going on about it and being very rude.i looked at my friends shocked because she was so disrespectful and she was muttering under her breath and making snide comments behind the counter.very rude women with no customer service skill what’s so ever
Today the lady at the til wouldn't take my order abd directed me to the new machines. I said well I'm standing here talking to you, can't you just take the order (in a shop with one other customer). No, but I can come help you with the machine. I decided to do it myself but 2 of them wouldn't work, so someone comes to do my order on the machine and needless to say it works first time.
