Couldn't tell me if their Post Office counter was open when it's 3 metres away and didn't even know the shop's number to call.
At 14:25 we were served food at local subway. Server could not remembered order, firstly destroying bottom of my sandwich then adding wrong topping and scooping in back to the main container. During toasting white prepping paper was burned into my partners sub melt. Staff member "Honey" proceed to "scratch it off" the bread. During packing all the remains from the melt were scooped and chucked into the box that had already sauce all over it. Other sandwich was handed without sticker holding the paper from unwrapping.
£7 for a stale footlong role with a little bit of grated cheese and salami, won’t be going there again
Fiveways Stopped taking in shop orders at 8.35 despite ringing in advance on the way to check availability. The website needs updating with closing times to stop wasting customers time and travel and staff need to be honest to customers queries
