Ordered online they accepted the order and then when I got there I was told the oven wasn’t working so they couldn’t make anything. I then asked for a refund and was told I had to go to the subway website to do that. I was then told that it was my fault for not having a phone number attached so they could tell me the oven wasn’t working.
Test told us meal deal is a sub and a drink or a crisps but not all 3 is ridiculous
Closes at 7pm, no bread and oven turned off at 5:30!
My tuna sandwich had black hair in so it went in the bin. Unfortunately I'd already eaten some.
