We literally just went on sunday afternoon and the chicken was not at all defrosted and we had to throw the entire 2 footlong subs as the chicken was rubbery and does not taste good at all. They should atleast be careful with health and safety. Marsh subway is going down day by day. Need better staff
Absolute shambles dealing with Subway and just eat, once again. I ordered a Spicy Italian Footlong and I received a Chicken and Bacon foot long, Rotisserie chicken salad and a Taco Beef foot long dipper thing. Subway have given the delivery driver multiple orders to deliver and not put an address or name on any of the bags so i have been delivered the incorrect order, AGAIN! Stay away, con artists, ordered footlong, drink, crisps and a cookie, paid £16 on just eat for it, sandwhich came only, told driver most of my order was missing, he apoligesed and said phone up and you will get the rest, contacted them and got nothing.
We were served by Joset (BBL drizzy) he was so kind, his customer service was excellent. Such a sound guy, really brightened my day
They had no tomatoes or peppers they make your sandwich before telling you then you get hash browns that are cold ,then the are doing orders before they do the shop getting everything mixed up.
