I went in for my usual sub to a Machine in front of me. Carnt see the food now an the Lady in there was not very helpful with these silly Machines. Bottom line I won't be going there again. Shame coz I liked Sub Way but those Machines are a joke especially people who struggle with tech. Change it back PLEASE
Awful experience, I was confused about the new machines and the manager ZED was rude and hostile, he didn’t read his screen correctly then blamed us for the sandwich being made wrong. He was also rude to another staff member. Avoid at all costs!!! The other staff members were amazing tho!
Absolutely shocking ! The So called manager named ZED was rude and vulgar , threatened not to serve me because I was struggling with the new machines in there. Not the subway experience you expect , my advice would be to avoid this shop and just go to the sandwich shop opposite. Much better ! This place will be out of business within the year 👎🏼
absolutely shocking can no longer see what they are making and now have to order at a kiosk can no longer make a sub either. Took one hour to wait for my food never again
