I was not acknowledged while standing waiting. The staff just carried on doing orders. It seems orders take priority over face to face customers. I ordered the taco bell beef jacket potato. The potato was cold and dry, there was half a tea spoon of dried beef when paying over £6. I would not recommend.
Very rude staff terrible customer service needs to be sorted out
Incredibly bad customer service. Went in as i have done before to order my sandwich at the counter. Rudely told to use the new ordering machines or i would have to wait for a long time for them to serve me, even though nobody was in there. It was not very busy at all in there and this was a saturday dinner time. Didn’t want to use the ordering machine as i wanted to ask for what i wanted.
