I have been to Subway Castle street at Hinckley, about 7 or 8 times. This one time I was served by a manager Kumar. In all the visits I have had, I have never had such a smooth customer experience at that store. He was accomodative of every weird request and knew the art of arriving at a compromise. Good job sir.

Paid £9 to order through collection and my time was changed, person seen id paid but still wouldn’t help, I couldn’t make the systems time and id prove that id paid but still no help, no option to cancel order or change time, kept getting spoken over too, disaster of a time, wasted £9 and left with no food

Ordered 3 jacket potatoes for the family – what a disaster. 2 arrived missing beans 1 missing cheese 1 missing both cheese and coleslaw, and it was stone cold Tried to get help through Uber Eats, but they did nothing. Spoke to the manager who, in broken English, actually told me he “can’t cook potatoes.” Another staff member just shrugged and said it wasn’t her problem. Shocking service, poor food, and zero accountability. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I haven’t used a sub for years, but today so online that they have a new Line, which is jacket potatoes and just fancied one for tonight’s tea or 2 to Cheese and one with beans. It arrived dry tiny and hardly any filling, literally 3 teaspoons of filling if that on top. They are nearly £7 a jacket potato so you’re paying quite a lot. The worst jacket potato I’ve ever eaten and my guest had one with beans on and hardly any beans on theirs. We both commented while eating God this is dreadful.
