Very good firdaus
I had a great experience here food was on time and very tasty Firdaus was great
So i’ve only been to the store twice however I always order online and I love the customer service experience! I always ask for extra pickles on my notes and they never disappoint!
This branch makes the best Subs in London. I come once per week and an employee by the name of Dron has somehow memorised my usual order (including all salad items and quantities of each!) and crafts the perfect sub for me every single time. He remembers the small details of my order and this honestly makes me feel like a privileged customer. The level of service from this branch (Dron and the whole team) is a exceptional. Love live Subway City Road!
The staff in subway are absolutely amazing, timing is impeccable and their service is excellent. Meghan is a great leader and manager for the team
