awful place, totally rude staff, asked to look at there coffee machine to fix, messed me around cancelling 2 visits & then blamed me for not coming. AVOID
I was going to try this subwray today but i noticed there was not many people quieng up or sitting down good job i avoided it because it has got such a poor rating and rants in the reviews
Honestly the worst service. I don’t understand why you would be in the service industry if you’re just miserable and rude. Had a few questions about the bread and food, got a rude response. When we went to pay, I specially said we’d buy bottles and after we paid and we went to get bottles, they said it’d be extra. Avoid!!
The new machines are god awful. Slow, doesn't accept your membership properly and just a terrible experience. Thankfully the assistant stepped in and input my order. So kudos to him
