Absolutely boiling hot store. Both workers sick and coughing all over the food. Long wait to be served with barely any queue. Sold out of a lot of ingredients. Will go to other locations in future

I don’t often leave reviews but I just had to as on Saturday 12th July, I had been given outstanding customer service and it deserves to be noticed. Before I’d walked in, I had passed out in my car due to not eating anything all day and the heat had hit me. I woke up leaning over the passenger seat and shaking as a lovely man was knocking on my car window trying to wake me up. Regrettably, my experience at this Subway branch left much to be desired. While the shop wasn’t unbearably hot, t made the whole environment feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. Service was rather unprofessional, with staff displaying little attention to customer experience or cleanliness. Most concerning was the lack of basic hygiene: no toilet tissue available in the loo, and unbelievably, a toilet roll was spotted on one of the dining tables. That alone raises serious questions.
