Very slow, compared that they haven't been busy. Feels like not everyone understands what are they doing
Don't get the toasties! I got a toastie and clearly they've been cleaning the oven with a wire brush because my sub had metal in it! Extremely dangerous had I swallowed it. When I brought it up, they offered me a replacement of the same thing without first cleaning the oven!
In black and white I put my order nowhere does it say lettuce and guess what’s in my sub : lettuce. Twice now, in a minute I’m going to buy all the lettuce in the UK to ensure there’s none on my sub, but you’ll probably get some from Europe
The workers are so rude, they do not acknowledge customers and they simply kick every minor out. It said on the door, no minors allowed after 17.00 which we respected but even at 16.20 they wouldn’t allow us to enter. I mean, this is literally subway. The workers were so rude about it as well, a man even offered to buy us the subway and they didn’t even allow it.
