So stingy with portion sizes. Say they give one flat scoop but will empty a part of it out infront of you. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want bread and salad with a tiny helping of protein
Absolutely disgraceful service. The staff here are not just rude — they are outright hostile. I was screamed at over the phone like I was trash, for simply trying to ask about my order. As someone who has ordered from this place many times, I’m shocked by how little respect they have for loyal customers. Had a mixed experience at this Subway branch. I placed an order over the phone and went in to collect it. The girl who served me was very polite and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, when I asked for some tap water (even though there was a water and ice machine visible), a male staff member responded quite rudely and told me they don’t allow customers to have tap water. They didn't tell me that they only accept orders via display screen. I was waiting Infront of staff but they didn't bother to tell me for giving order via screen. It shows lack of professionalism and no customer care.
They close earlier than the agreed time. They closed 25 mins earlier so they could go home
