Would give a 0 star review. Came all the way here for a sandwich that I have ordered multiple times before. They told me it is a set sandwich and I am not able to change up the Sauces and salads. This is incorrect as I have made changes before without any extra costs. They were charging me for an extra sauce. Got a tuna salad box very poor was mostly lettuce 2 slice of tomato & cucumber, ask for the southwestern sauce stating not the spicy one, it was covered in the spicy sauce. Totally waste of money as it went into the bin.
Genuinely awful. Placed an online order, first time they got it wrong and didn't add extras I had paid for, as well as put a full salad on when I asked for none. I came back in and the staff were very apologetic and made me a replacement sandwich. However once I got home I was appalled to find that the entire thing had gone soggy from the meat juices and was this completely inedible. Attached is a photo of the condition of the bread ~5 minutes after collecting.
Staff were so good at catering to the fact that I can’t have gluten, I’ve had bad experiences at a lot of subways when trying to order GF but the staff here were so kind and knew exactly what to do! And the sandwhich itself was the best gf subway I’ve had, thank yous!!
