Im gluten intollerant and I'm glad they do gf bread as neither tescos or costa do it. I didn't tell them anything when I ordered as I wanted to see how they dealt with the gluten free bread. The bead was individually wrapped. I can tolerate contamination but others cannot. But for info when I ordered here the server put the roll on a peice of paper on the counter right next to 2 other sandwiches but didn't change her gloves. Clarkston Subway is the best for miles around.The guys are so friendly and chatty and they are not stingy with the ingredients. Sauce just oozes out! They're fast and point out offers that are on. I live in Ayrshire but whenever I'm in Clarkston, it's a must visit
