It’s now time for the guys in that store to be trained on customer service. They are very rude , do. It give a toss on the food preparation. Subspud is always hard inside waste of money .

Ordered footlong and then I ask for another 6 inch. Manager very rudly said why did I not order in 1 go. I wanted to scan my app and he was like scanner isn't working and wasn't happy at all when I said I want to redeem my points. So arrogant and rudely behave by the manager.
Put an order for collection on just eat, not realizing it wasn't in Kirkintilloch, tried phoning about 20 times and no response, even before the food was prepared. Did not get a refund and they said the food was collected, just eat basically said it's my own fault, could've been avoided if they picked up the phone.
