Staff were amazing and very helpful, food was great too

Used to love the subway in DG1 the staff were lovely and always kind! Never liked the one in the town centre as staff were the complete opposite! Fast forward to the town centre subway closing! It is now full of rude, impolite and actual down right nasty staff! Was at the counter and realised that I’d been signed out of my app! Food is never hot on delivery they now refuse to delivery because I wrote on notes saying please be hot on delivery absolutely shocking behaviour rude staff childish attitude and disrespectful they also can't get an actual order correct there's always ether part of your order missing or the whole thing just never arrives. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My boyfriend tried to call then to enquire about something just eat related. And in return they answered for maybe a few seconds (we heard like background noise and them talking) and they hung up on us. We did it again as we assumed this might have been a mistake and they done it again Shocking customer service avoid at all costs
