Had a subway from here yesterday absolute rubbish . Ordered a tuna cheese melt no cheese on and it was cold absolute rubbish ! Won’t be going again and paying your over priced food

First time in since the changes. Before staff never got the order wrong and you could see what they were doing and they were polite. Today, got home, order not completed correctly. Both subs missing cheese and haven’t been toasted as requested. I got tomatoes I didn’t ask for and not a lot of meat in the other sub along with cucumber that was not requested. Really disappointing as it worked so well before.

Been a regular customer of Subway for years but popped in today to find things have changed.. There is no ordering at the counter anymore, there has been a wall put up between you and the food counter and some large touchscreen tablets that you have to order on (or use your phone app). So now there is no watching your sandwich being made, no more personal service, no chatting to the assistant while they make your sandwich. Very slow service took half an hour for food to be ready, they seemed to prioritise delivery's over people in store. The sandwich had minimal contents and was thrown together. Won't come again to this subway.

Just gone in for a sandwich for my lunch, they have now gone to ordering via a screen, hardly any options to make the sandwich I usually have. Decided to have a jacket potato for ease, plain cheese and beans with a cookie and a drink. Waited nearly 20 minutes to then get the jacket potato, get back to work ( which is literally 3/4 minutes away in the car), only to find it cold, still hard and for some unapparent reason covered in corn and jalapenos.
