Uber eats were unable to collect, you made it impossible for me to collect in person. Please pick up the phone, I’ve left this review as the problem seems to be with you rather than Uber eats. The photo attached is of nothing, which is precisely what I received!
Me and the Mrs went in for our tea. Lad who was behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. Spoke to my lass like she was a child, and disrespectful to us both. Portions were tiny and disappointing. Unprofessional and a bad experience throughout.
Very very very disappointed in this Subway, only 1 staff member who was forced into serving the mass abundance of the crowds. She was fantastic and my food was great however I am disgusted that the manager allowed the store to open with just 1 staff member. After speaking the girl who was working she mentioned it was a regular occurrence, subway sort this out!
Popped in for a subway this evening for tea. Was greeted by a lovely young gentleman named James who explained that he was just completing a Deliveroo order and would be with us shortly. The shop was extremely busy and it would seem that James was all on his own. Despite this James handled this situation very efficiently however it was clear that this was a situation that should not be dealt with by just one person.
