Service is shockingly bad. Waited 30mins for our food and it still wasn’t ready. Staff were lost and didn’t know what to do.
Called in on way to Newquay and poor service poor girl was on her own . My partner bought 2 drinks and a box of cookies mixed . Have to say disgusted at the taste of pizza on the base of the cookies . Unfortunately we were in our hotel before we ate them Very disappointed
This used to be a great spot, but the one member of staff working there (usually on the till) doesn't appear to cope well with the pressure from the high footfall this establishment gets. Today, I witnessed him make several mistakes with orders, which is perfectly understandable, but he then proceeded to punch the wall in front of all the customers.
