This place was sound when they first opened it . Since then orders are hit and miss . I’ve had sandwiches show up which look like they was made inside the shoe of an Irish tap dancer . Going in store is worse as because denbighs a one horse town so to speak they all know each other and so the staffs friends get preferential treatment . I got delivery and I have to say not happy at all as my order was wrong and cold also things I asked for not put in so paid for things I didn't get £30+ is alot of money for not getting everything I Paid for and couldn't contact as they shut just as I got my order I dont think I will order again from here as a few times now my order has been wrong or cold. Plus side delivery was faster than said by 10 mins or so.
I am not satisfied with the new screens to order. It reduces the interaction, and there's nowhere to put that I want a million gherkins with a few on the side. My salad was great.but I'm picky about the ways it boxed. The barrier of the screens creates a communication barrier. Luckily, when I'm in this one, there are a couple of good staff who still interact otherwise your stood around just waiting and feeling awkward.
