I placed an order with a collection time of 2:20pm on arrived to collect the order I stood with an uber driver and was ignored for 5 mins. Eventually I asked the lad who was making the orders for the customers who had walked in. He had no knowledge of my order or the uber drivers order. He said would start the order, 25 min later I asked when the order would be ready and he handed it to me have been sat on the counter. I love subway and decided to treat myself so popped into the Macclesfield branch as I was in the area for a chicken and cheese salad … as usual I asked for all salad and then tootled off to pay … not thinking to watch what was going on my salad … now…. I like jalapeños to a point but wowsers the chap who did the salad loaded them in like there was no tomorrow … I had to pick half of them out see picture but will definitely watch next time and maybe the chap who was making the salads up should just go a bit easy on the jalape... read more
Used the app for a click and collect order. Great service and food. No wait time collecting the order. One specific worker stood out. Always great when I go in, always polite and has excellent customer service.
