It should be called Sub-par, not Subway. Ordered a 6” meatball marinara, expecting 4 meatballs as is advertised on the official Subway website, only to be served 3. When I questioned why the serving had gone from 4 to 3 yet the price didn’t reflect it, I was told “we’ve had a change of management recently”. Clearly a profit and margin-chasing one. Says they close at 9 o’clock , but refused to serve me at 8:20 when I only wanted one sandwich. Placed an order online and they forgot the main meal a jacket potatoe, I am guessing because they couldn’t be bothered because it was after 8 olcock. Absolutely shocking for business.
Absolutely filthy. The man serving us wore the same gloves for 4 people in front of us and the 5 people behind. Touching all meats and veggie stuff cheese etc. rubbed his nose on his gloves. Long hair down to his back with no hair net on. Cross contamination everywhere. Absolutely VILE!!!!
We had two 6" sub meal deals upgraded with waffle fries and it came to £15, the most disappointing £15 ever D: I had lettuce in mine and bit into something unexpectedly hard - the lettuce core. My daughter had only one meatball in her sandwich, and the waffle fries were limp and soggy. We haven't been to Subway in a while so it was supposed to be a nice treat 😔
Please be careful here as there is a lot of foods mixed into other foods. The counter was extremely messy.
