Not at all good customer service., full of flies and no good recieving
Last Thursday when I went to Subway, I had a good experience after a long time. The staff member Taruna deserves high praise. Her customer service was outstanding, especially considering the likely busy environment. Her communication style was pleasant and professional, and their sandwich-making skills were top-notch. Highly recommended
i got my food delivered, they messed up the entire order. ordered a classic BMT- barely any meat even though i payed MORE for extra. asked for no onions and the entire sub was full of onion and lettuce. asked for mozzarella cheese, got NONE. asked for it to be toasted, it wasn’t toasted. Ordered a philly cheese stack - didn’t have any cheese, asked for no onions and again the sub was mainly onions. Had no sauces with the nacho cheese bites.
