2 miserable staff, no smiles, didn't speak, no customer service at all. Speechless zombies! Terrible
My uber eats sandwich was made to perfection, it had layers of deliciousness and the toppings were put on generously. It was also packed to perfection even with a little added smiley face on the box. After a very disappointing sandwich from the subway in cleckheaton a few weeks ago i wanted my next sandwich to really lift my mood and thats what it did! I hope whoever made this sandwich gets some godly treatment tonight ;)
Terrible service at this subway the order was wrong no receipt moody staff wouldn’t recommend at all
No gluten free bread so got a chicken salad. Barely any chicken or cheese on the salad. Also asked for mayo, no sign of that. Got on the motorway before realised this. Extremely disappointed.
At 17.00 o'clock on 10th of December 2025 the manager gave me a unreadable receipt which was legally not a receipt and did not do anything to help me to print out a legal one. He was rude and did not give me even his name.
