Ordered via the Kiosk to save time explaining my order, they proceeded to prioritise new people coming in. Whilst I had to watch people arrive and leave within a few minutes, I had a 10 minute wait before they even began preparing mine. It is lunch time and I am busy, 15 minutes of my break has gone before I even received my order.
Popped in there today as we had ordered from deliveroo a week ago and it wasn't what we ordered, the staff were super lovely and helpful and really kind even gave us a free drink. Which is appreciated really happy with the order today and the service thank you x
