Ugh, major food fail tonight! Ordered a chicken tikka sub meal after an 8-hour shift, starving, and they messed it up big time. Asked for sweet onion and chipotle sauce, got mayo (which I can't even eat much of!), and they LOADED it with sweetcorn – which I hate! Seriously bummed, especially since I have to watch my cholesterol. Also I selected toasted and it wasn’t toasted at all. Zero stars for whoever made this.
The staff is very rude they don’t even know how to talk with the customer
Always here ordering my usual Bombay Sub. Self service terminals to order your food. Quality has been great and never disappointed. Atmosphere is busy and crowded, hence it is located in a shopping centre. Table are not always clean and bins are usually over flowing of rubbish. Overall friendly staff and food is great.
After new staff take over it's service and food went down hill. Food taste dry and salad is like old. They sprinkle chess on the food even you ordered double chess. And also they give sauce like drizzle. If you ask them can I have bit more sauce they ignore you like no one business. Went 3 time in a raw just to check if they are buy and made this mistake but looks like they purposefully doing those key mistakes. The machines you have to order on are ridiculously slow. There was such a lag that it took five minutes to put the order through. Don’t understand why you can’t just tell the staff member behind the machines your order ?
