We had a great experience at this Subway Bath Road in Bristol! The service was excellent – the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming family environment. I particularly not techie, don't appreciate the kiosks for ordering however the staff helped me to order through. Overall, a fantastic Subway experience!
Popped in to grab 2 meatball pots and waited 20mins to receive barely warm food. All customer service has been removed and replaced with McDonald style screens so you can’t see any ingredients and choose your food. A family walked in and were advised it would be a 25min wait!! they left obviously…wish we’d had known. No toilet facilities available and dirty tables. Honestly, just a terrible experience for a quick snack! Don’t bother and head to another Subway!
