I’m honestly so disappointed and upset after what happened to me at the Subway branch on Ings Road. I’ve been going to that same location for years, always using the same kind of vouchers that clearly say “Use In Restaurant.” The staff there have always accepted them without a problem until now. Best Subway in Wakefield, staff are attentive & friendly. I’m gluten free and as soon as I ordered staff offered to change their gloves and they cleaned the equipment down before making my Sub. Will definitely be back.
Terrible at handling allergies. Asked the staff member to change gloves twice as I’m coeliac and still she touched bread every time. Don’t think the staff are trained to handled allergies as seriously as they should be.
