Absolutely terrible. Ordered through uber eats and selected the “gluten free” bun due to an auto immune disease which is as serious as an allergy to receive a gluten bun! It’s a good job I recognised it wasn’t correct, I could have easily have eaten it not knowing!!!! Tried to contact them but the number is not going through, which is awful customer service. Food decent staff really friendly and quick to serve customers
( edit new staff are great completely opposite friendly polite great service great food) Thank you for change Love subway favourite restaurant. Never normally have any trouble. But the one on petrol station in netherton. Is the worst service ever been a few times when desperate. But never again. staff rude, always on phone talking to someone, very ignorant make you wait 15 mins while they chat on phone or to one another and hygiene standards are terrible smokes a cigarette comes back in no washing hands or nothing
