I want to take a moment to appreciate the excellent service I received from Hasan at Subway. He was friendly, respectful, and attentive throughout my visit. He made my sandwich just the way I wanted, with care and attention to detail. Hasan’s positive attitude and professional behaviour really stood out. It’s always a great experience when staff make you feel welcome and valued as a customer.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway branch in Ward End, Birmingham. I ordered a veggie patty and a tea, and not only was I overcharged, but the tea I received was absolutely awful — it had a foul smell and tasted off, as if it had gone bad. It was completely undrinkable. When you’re paying for a meal, the least you expect is basic quality and hygiene — neither of which was present.
