This subway is awful. The food tasted off, the cookies are stale and hard like they've been left out. The customer service is awful and didn't even fix it when we told them how they've ruined our order. don't go here!
Workers were so rude and unhelpful and I think my food would’ve tasted better if I dipped it in the toilet, waited way too long for something I wouldn’t even feed to my dead dog
This has genuinely been the worst experience ive ever had with food. From start to finish everything was wrong. They took way too long to make my food and it wouldve been quicker if I went to the shops, got all the ingredients and went home to make it myself. Then the food tasted so bad its like someone had made it in a morgue with the bodies. Genuinely couldnt even get through it all. The customer service was the worst. Such a shame what’s happened to this branch of subway 😞! I was a wonderful place a couple of years back but not now ?? It’s completely different now and it’s been ruined by computer screens and the lack of customer service is sad. You can only order from screen and the food it awful. Such a shame I will never eat in there again
The customer service here is appalling… APPALLING. Every time I come here I’m made to feel like a hindrance. No welcome, no smiles, “go to kiosk” (they refuse to take payment) and the food no longer feels like quality. It’s not exactly a stressful job, there’s absolutely no reason for the failure in customer service. I would rather get a meal deal at tescos. Never again
