didn’t get half my order then when I went to eat the garlic bread it was soggy to the point where I couldn’t eat it and it put me off the rest of my food.
Never answer the phone anymore and when you order on the app, the veggie patty is always cold and not cut into pieces, when you go in to get it, they ask. Nothing is consistent. Also, the shop was closed for 30 minutes with a sign outside "closed for lunch", what about my lunch, it's supposed to be a restaurant!!
I've always had a good experience at this store—until today, when I encountered what I can only describe as the final boss of riff-raff. There was an issue with the app and payments, which every other customer accepted without fuss. But one staff member decided to take it upon herself to be unnecessarily rude, treating customers like they were personally responsible for the glitch. Then came my turn. Opening times on the door say open till 1930 today. Arrived at 1900 and the doors were locked.
