I went into the Eastcote branch on a Saturday at 11.05am. I was greeted straight away with a friendly "hello, I will be with you in a moment" then " how can I help you?" I asked if i could have the poached egg in the hot cross buns roll advertised o the board outside and was told no only bacon. I asked for the poached egg in 6" bread with a coffee. She said breakfast was finished but she can do it for £5.?? . I pointed to the board I had ordered from and said it is not advertised on there. She looked and also couldn't find i... read more
