I popped in to get a breakfast sub and was greeted by a lovely lady called Nic. She was a very cheerful lady, the sub was lovely, nice and hot and exactly what i asked for. The shop was busy but Nic still greeted each person with a smile, what a fabulous member of staff.
Absolutley disgusting cold sandwich slopped together put no cheese in didnt heat it properly drenched it in sauce demanded my money back this place is an absolute joke
Amazing little subway with plenty of room indoors to chill and eat. Service quick and efficient but also very friendly. The reason I have given just for stars it that it was a very hot day and we weren't allowed to bring our dog into the seated area to eat (not even an emotional support dog) There was no one else was in the shop and we could have stayed tucked away in the corner. Places are getting more dog friendly and subway need to get on board with this or they will lose out to their competitors.
It's currently 7:10 on a Friday night and we've just been told we're not allowed to eat in because the employees want to close on time so they want to close the seating area to clean because they've been too busy to do it. Sorry, but why is that our problem?
I came to the Bude store on Sunday morning and was served by a lady called Katie. She was very friendly and chatty, and made me feel really welcome. The bread had just come out of the oven so my sandwich was even tastier than usual. I come to this branch regularly and am often served by Nic or Katie. Both lovely ladies and a real credit to your store
