What a great addition to Bude, I love Subway and have seen a few around the country. This is a great store, it's laid out well with nice decor. Staff are well trained in their role as the orders were made very well and with care, they were polite and willing to listen and help. Subway - Keep the young man working on Sunday 1st Feb, he does his job well. I will use this Subway more often now
Update 20th December 2025 Out Christmas shopping and in need of sustenance there was nowhere else we would rather go than Subway. Totally delighted to see Jess on duty and was mesmerised by her multitasking getting our order ready in super quick time. Perfectly made, super tasty subs hot coffee served in real mugs and the happy cheerful smile of Jess made it a fabulous pit-stop on a busy shopping day. Thank you very much. Update 20 November 2025 Lovely service from Jess who helped me build a giftbox of cookies for the staff of a nearby charity shop. Meticulous attention to detail, taking care about possible nut allergies and making sure the presentation was spot on. A real credit to the company and the on site management. We rarely have used subway and I won’t again. Went in for 3 meal deals , started with my order but guy made a foot long with same contents, my wife didn’t want sane as me. I wish I had said something but took that for myself and ordered another meal deal for my wife and grandson. When it came to paying It was over £20 . I queried this and the chap said well the foot long made it more expensive. 4meal deals would have been £16 and at least I would have had something else to show for it. I popped in to get a breakfast sub and was greeted by a lovely lady called Nic. She was a very cheerful lady, the sub was lovely, nice and hot and exactly what i asked for. The shop was busy but Nic still greeted each person with a smile, what a fabulous member of staff.
